Knox’s Newborn Session – A Chattanooga Newborn Photography Story

Little Knox gave his family and friends quite a scare upon his arrival. After weeks in the NICU at UAB in Alabama, this resilient boy finally got to go home. We were overjoyed to capture his newborn session in my Fort Oglethorpe studio just before his next doctor’s visit, where he had to have his feeding tubes placed. These images hold a special place in my heart and serve as a beautiful reminder of how far he’s come.

Knox’s journey hasn’t been easy, especially after his diagnosis of NKH (Non-Ketotic Hyperglycinemia), a rare and serious metabolic disorder. But his life has filled so many with incredible joy, and we’re endlessly grateful for the blessing he is. Watching him grow over this past year has been such a gift to all of us.
