We’re excited to photograph your child this fall!
Urso School Portraits is proud to partner with Ingleside Homeschool Tutorial to provide natural, personality-filled portraits of each student.
REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED
Every Ingleside Tutorial student will be photographed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Ingleside Tutorial student will be photographed during Picture Days.
No registration or pre-payment is required.
K–12 Students
Monday, October 26
PreK Students
Tuesday, October 27 & Wednesday, October 28
Individual portraits, class photos, candid images, staff portraits, and a full-school group photo will be photographed throughout the school days.
AFTER PICTURE DAY
Please allow 1–2 weeks for portraits to be selected, edited, and prepared for private online galleries.
Once galleries are ready, you'll receive an email from Urso School Portraits with a link to view your child's portraits.
YOUR ORDERING WINDOW
Once your gallery is released, you'll have one week to view and order your portraits. After the one-week ordering period ends, the gallery will close and portraits will no longer be available to view or order.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO SPEND?
Portraits are available à la carte or in collections, so you can choose what works best for your family.
Collections start at $45
Individual digital images: $45
Full digital gallery: $85
Prints and additional products are also available.
All purchases are optional. You'll be able to view your child's portraits before deciding what you'd like to order.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
Choose something your child is comfortable in and that feels like them! Solid colors, simple patterns, and classic clothing photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos or very busy patterns if possible.
For PreK students especially, choose something comfortable enough for them to move, play, and be themselves.

1. Choose what your child will wear
Choose something your child feels comfortable in and that reflects their personality. Simple colors and patterns photograph beautifully.
2. Send your child to school
That's it! Every Ingleside Tutorial student will be photographed during the school day. Parents do not need to attend or register beforehand.
3. Watch for your child's gallery information
Please allow 1–2 weeks after Picture Day for portraits to be selected, edited, and prepared for private online galleries. Once your child's gallery is ready, you'll receive information from Urso School Portraits about accessing it.
4. View & order
Once your gallery is released, you'll have one week to view and order portraits before the gallery closes.
My goal is to capture genuine expressions and your child's personality while keeping Picture Day simple and comfortable for your family.
